Aliiev R. Development of European building services market

Work is devoted to research of theoretical and applied areas of the European building services market to substantiate priorities of Ukraine's foreign trade in that direction. Concept of "building service" and its characteristics as an object of international trade have been defined. Main features of international building services market have been determined and main trends of its development have been analyzed. Specificity of European building services market has been identified, conceptual model and methodological approach to evaluation of its development have been offered. It is proved that the services sector, including building services, is the most important driving force of economic growth in the European Union, main tendencies of European building services market development have been identified. Complex, multi-stage and multi-level system of trade regulations of services in general and building services in particular has been identified, which must be considered by Ukrainian building services suppliers. Current state of Ukraine's foreign trade in building sector has been an alyzed, including on European market; modern position of national building services market on potentially common EU market has been defined including determination of countries' clusters and their differences in building sector. Innovative component of competitive development of national building services market has been substantiated for its successful integration into relevant EU market. Strategy of innovative development of Ukraine's building in dustry in context of its integration into European building services market has been provided.
