The dissertation is devoted to experimental substantiation efficiency of the implementation of model training tasks in the training process of skilled female volleyball players to optimize the construction of structural subdivisions of the annual training cycle. The identification of the structure and content of the annual training cycle of skilled female volleyball players and the total volume and value of means and loads of different directions at the stages of macrocycle were examined during the study, there were developed specific indicators and integrated assessment of competitive activity, determined the dynamic of preparedness parameters of athletes during the annual training cycle and the model indicators of preparedness and competitive activity
