Sabat N. The preparation of the future pedagogues to the custody and educational activities with the children of migrants.

The research is devoted to the study of problems of the preparation of future elementary school teachers to the custody and educational activities with the children of migrants. The scientific approaches to the mentioned problem were analyzed; the current state of the teachers of elementary school preparation to the custody and educational activities was revealed; the features of the children from the different types of families of migrant workers were considered; the essence of the custody and educational activities as the direction of the professional activity of the teacher of elementary classes was characterized. The essence of the professional preparation of the future pedagogues was revealed and the criteria, indicators and the level of their readiness to defined type of activity were defined. A structural-functional model of this preparation and its didactic and methodical support was developed for the higher educational establishments of Ukraine. The effectiveness of the conditions, forms and content of the preparation of future teachers to the custody and educational activities with the children of migrants were theoretically grounded and experimentally verified.
