Orlov V. Constitutional basis of formation and functioning of municipal police: Comparative Legal Studies

Object is a constitutional law and municipal law relations associated with the formation and activities of the municipal police (police). Subject of research are constitutional principles of formation and activity of municipal police (police). The practical significance of the results. Formulated in the thesis proposals and conclusions can be used: - in the learning process - while teaching in higher education course "Constitutional law of Ukraine", "Municipal Law of Ukraine" and teaching aids for workshops and other forms of educational work; - in scientific research - to further develop the legal status of municipal police (police) in Ukraine; - in the lawmaking work - both theoretical and conceptual material in the formulation and adoption of laws Ukraine, defining principles of organization and activities of the municipal police (police), including the Law of Ukraine "On the municipal police (police)"; - in law enforcement activities - to optimize the forms and methods of local government to implement the law enforcement function of local government; - in law working population - to improve the legal culture of local government officials; formation of Ukraine's population of justice and municipal world.
