Theobject is the professional training of future telecommunication specialists.The goal is to theoretically justified and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the acmeological culture of future telecommunication specialists in the process of professional training.There are theoretic, empirical, statistical methods.Novelty - the pedagogical conditions for forming the acmeological culture of future telecommunication specialists are scientifically grounded. The essence and structure of the phenomenon "acmeological culture of future telecommunication specialists" is revealed, criteria are determined with corresponding indicators, the levels of formation of students' acmeological culture are characterized. The model of realization of pedagogical conditions of formation of acmeological culture of future specialists in telecommunications is developed.The further development has received the theory and amethod of professional training of the future specialists of telecommunication.Results - the methods of diagnosing levels of formation of acmeological culture of future telecommunication specialists in the process of professional training has been developed and experimentally tested.
