Essay

Scientific generalization is given in a dissertation research and the solution of an important problem of prophylaxis of a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum is proved. Parameters of a mortality, case rate, prevalence of diseases of the digestive system, risk factors of emergence, an adverse current of a peptic ulcer are investigated.Optimization of scheduled maintenance at interaction of primary and specialized medical care showed the medical, social and economic efficiency, results of an expert research taped an appreciation of its systemacity, complexity of measures of prophylaxis and the prevention of emergence of complications, continuity of observation and continuity with accurate distribution of functions by types of prophylaxis that allows to recommend its further introduction in other healthcare institutions of Ukraine.
