Essay

The study presents the theoretical understanding and practical solution to the problem of forming communicative skills in deaf preschoolers by means of bimodal bilingualism. To structural and functional skills components belong: language, speech, communicative, socio-cultural and socio-interactive. It is suggested the classification of types of deaf children language families: Sign language family type, Spoken language family type, Bimodal-bilingual (Sign-Spoken) family type. It is stated that the language family type affects the formation of communicative skills in deaf preschoolers. In particular, children from Sign language families inherent low level of organization the language, speech, communication, sociocultural components in abilities to operating Sign language. By indication of organization of socio-interactive component, children from Sign language families match age norm. Preschoolers from Spoken language families inherent low levels of organization the language component at the level of lexical and grammatical abilities to operating Sign language, grammatical handling ability of Spoken language; speech component; communicative component; sociocultural component; socio-interactive component.In deaf preschoolers from bimodal-bilingual families is observed: organization of the key capabilities, that form the basis of the language component at the middle level; in the speech component - the predominance of the middle level of organization abilities to write and read, high level of organization of abilities to perceive and produce signing and speech and even distribution between levels of organization of ability to perceive and produce oral statements of complexity and scope corresponding the age; in communicative component - low ability level for dialogue with verbal-language partners and high ability level for dialogue with Sign language partners; in sociocultural component - the ability to follow the rules of communication considering the culture peculiarities of Sign & Spoken communication; in socio-interactive component -characteristically organized forms of communication, corresponding the age. Research is developed educational technology to forming communication skills of deaf preschoolers as a system of teachers influence on child by means of bimodal bilingualism. After using that educational technology in the group of children from Sign language families is seen progressive changes in the state of organization of language, speech and sociocultural components.
