Essay

The essence of the Institute of Goodwill Ambassadors and Messengers of Peace United Nations in the context of international relations PR globally was analyzed. A new term to characterize diplomacy UN Ambassadors - "diplomacy of goodwill" was proposed. Described the essence of the functioning of the institution ambassador. Showing differences classic Ambassadors from the UN and non-classical analysis of the level and especially the use of PR of these categories. Proposed recommendations for head office and specialized UN agencies (including the General Secretary, who appoints the Messengers of Peace) to enhance bilateral cooperation and promotion of the UN in international affairs.
