This thesis is a theoretical-experimental research of the problem of teachers' professional self-realization in the system of methodical work of secondary schools. The essence, functions, structure and components of teachers' professional self-realization have been revealed. The author has theoretically proved and experimentally tested the efficiency of pedagogical conditions of teachers' professional self-realization in the system of methodical work of secondary school. The model of scientific-organizational providing of the conditions fulfillment mentioned above has been developed and applied.
