Essay

The thesis explores the problem of teaching female students mini-football with the use of information technologies in extracurricular classes. A comparative pedagogical experiment carried out within the scope of the thesis grounds the optimum one-year program of extracurricular classes in mini-football for the first-year female students, which includes 70% of specific and 30% of non-specific training mechanisms. The most productive time period for teaching mini-football with the use of an electronic textbook is the first 20 minutes of the class period for the first-year female students and the first 25 minutes of the class period for the second-year female students. A formative pedagogical experiment carried out within the scope of the thesis grounds the methods for teaching female students mini-football with the use of information technologies in extracurricular classes. Those methods involve monitoring of the values of female students' different preparedness types and health condition, implementation of the developed annual syllabi, and acquisition of the instruction materials provided in their electronic textbooks twice a week within the recommended periods of time stated above.
