Myronenko L. Baturyn ceramic complex of the 17th - early 18th centuries.

The work considers all groups of ceramics of Baturyn in the 17th - early 18 centuries, which include building, architectural and decorative ceramics, pottery and fine ceramic plastic, mostly presented by tobacco pipes. On the basis of morphological characteristics within each group was made a classification of the items by the types and variants, which allowed to identify the period of use of certain types of findings and their functional purpose. The study found the chronological order of the building of the brick constructions on the territory of the town and its neighborhoods, determined design and decorative characteristics of the tiles and the tiled stoves of Baturyn, developed chronological and typological scheme of ceramic pottery. Complex analysis of various groups of ceramic material allowed to determine the approximate number of pottery centers in the town and reconstruct culture and life of its people.
