The thesis is devoted to the comprehensive analysis of a legal entity legal personality as a subject of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR). It is investigated the legal nature of the legal entities personality in their relationship with the ECtHR, including the rights of legal entities guaranteed by the Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms 1950 (ECHR), the legal nature of legal entities applications an abusing their rights to the ECtHR, the legal nature of the rules and principles which are established under influence and as a result of studying these applications by the ECtHR and its impact on the Ukrainian domestic courts practice.
