Essay

This is a research of international counter terrorism. The thesis developed the idea of anti-terrorist activities from the standpoint of system and axiological approaches. The author explores the theoretical foundations of the international counter-terrorism. It was found features of evolution approaches to terrorism in international law defined content of the term "terrorism" in the theory and practice of international law, theoretically grounded concept model of countering terrorism in modern international law on the basis of axiological approach.
