Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the issue of differentiation in physical education junior pupils. Defined a new approach to solving the issues of training exercise with a ball of primary school pupils in physical education classes. Studied motivation and age dynamics of anthropometric and physiological parameters of the body of junior pupils in grades 1-4, proved the existence of differences in constitution of junior pupils of the same age and sex and identified somatic status of primary school children. The influence of the constitution and physiological parameters of junior pupils bodies in 1-4 grades at mastering the exercises with the ball. Established physiological indicators most informative for junior pupils of a certain age and sex affecting the successful assimilation exercises with the ball and on this basis technique of differential training exercises with the ball in junior classes A motor readiness evaluation criteria in exercises with the ball junior pupils considering the type of constitution, age and sex, including the indicative exercise control and their regulatory assessment by grade in points by levels: low, medium, sufficiently high. Confirmed efficiency of methods of differentiated instruction exercises with the ball in physical education classes in primary school.
