Essay

The results of researches the effectiveness of treatment and diagnosis of 123 patients with colonic obstruction of tumor genesis. The analysis of results of treatment of 70 patients operated laparotomy access and 53 patients operated on using minimally invasive techniques. The efficacy of the therapy was assessed by monitoring clinical and biochemical parameters of blood, in different periods of treatment. Control of the location of the stent was performed using a continuous X-ray imaging using electron-optical converter. There is a method of endoscopic recanalization of tumor intestinal stenosis. The comparison of effectiveness of traditional laparotomic and laparoscopic surgery was perfomed, and the presence of the next separated and postoperative complications in both groups. Reliably confirmed the effectiveness of the implementation of endoscopic hemostasis in bleeding from the colon. Establishing dependency rehabilitation period of patients and restore bowel propulsion depending on the type of surgical intervention. Research proved the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in patients with colonic obstruction of tumor genesis. It is proved that laparoscopic surgery allow to perform operative intervention on colon cancer according to the protocols of malignant bowel obstruction. At the same time, these operations much easier tolerated due to less traumatic anterior abdominal wall and therefore require less analgesic drugs. Operations are with the imposition of laparoscopic colostomy is indicated in patients with advanced colorectal cancer.
