The thesis focuses on the analysis of the global transportation system and international logistic infrastructure, its influence on the development of logistic structures of the countries in the East-European economic space, using in market transformation conditions in Ukraine. Modern logistics concepts, logistics classification and typical variations, practical aspects of using models in logistics systems management, the contemporary tendencies trends of the processes and the perspectives logistical development were have been defined. The approach to classification of logistic innovation cycles on the basis of its currency fluctuation, internal and external conditions, management of global value chains systems in modern logistics are identified. The benefits arising from it spreading could not be realised without co-developments in modern logistics services, underpinned by innovations in containerisation, intermodal transport and the application of information technology in physical distribution and materials management. As a result, there have emerged new innovative logistics providers and concepts have emerged, but the development and provision of advanced logistics services vary from country to country. The role of commercial efficiency of the international logistics clusters (ILC) activities in world market’s global logistical infrastructure and its modern development based on using different means of logistics concepts, building the models of commodity streams to making decisions in logistics optimization spheres, analysis transporting and networking matrix, demand forecasting methods, planning of international transporting corridors and outsourcing services networks is assessed. Analysis of modern logistics models show that corporative competitiveness today and in the nearest future provide only the information system, which promote information support not only basic logistics operations, but in the same time management control systems, operative decision making systems and strategic planning systems. Special development of EU transnational coordinative transport and logistic complex’s mechanism, contemporary tendencies and the perspectives of developing the EU’s transportation branches, the development singularities of information logistics system in the conditions of modern European economy, new visions and concepts of companies logistics business activity, the models of commodity streams to making decisions in logistics optimization spheres, demand forecasting methods in European market’s logistical infrastructure is proposed. Peculiarities and prerequisites for the success of new EU’s transport and logistic policy are analyzed.Special development logistic system model of Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova, contemporary tendencies and the perspectives of developing of its national logistic markets, using the combination of different concepts in systems logistics management practice and business process, which gain them advantages to create the integrate logistics management systems are classified and identified. The analytical model of the valuation innovative effectiveness Ukrainian’s transport-logistics system is proposed.
