Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the improvement of results of treatment of purulent-necrotic complications of diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot syndrome by improving the methods of vacuum therapy. The dissertation presents the results of treatment of 124 patients with purulent-necrotic complications of diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot syndrome. A study group consisted of 64 patients in whom treatment chamber surgical infection was carried out with the help of vacuum-therapy, including 45 patients (the first subgroup) carried out traditionally used continuous vacuum-therapy, and 19 patients (second subgroup) used improved our technique vacuum-instillation therapy. The comparison group consisted of 60 patients in whom treatment chamber surgical infection used a traditional approach. Introduced advanced technique of vacuum-therapy in the treatment of necrotic complications of diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot syndrome, is a combination of exposure instillation antiseptic on the wound and the effects of the vacuum. At noncytotoxic used as an antiseptic broad-spectrum oxidant octenidine saline diluted 1: 3. As used instillation infusion pump at a rate instillation of 5 ml / hr. The application of advanced techniques in the treatment of patients with complications such as a vacuum therapy: proliferation of microorganisms in the sponge foam and the wound, the wound violation dialysis and drying it. The positive influence of vacuum-instillation therapy for microbial decontamination of wounds in patients with pyo-necrotic complications of diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot syndrome. The use of advanced techniques of vacuum-therapy in the treatment of wounds necrotic complications of diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot syndrome has reduced the number of dressings by 4.5 times and the duration of hospital treatment to 3.4 day. It has significant medical, social and economic importance.
