Мурзіна О. Formation of professional value orientations of future lawyers in the process of the professional training

The problem of formation of professional value orientations of future lawyers in the process of the professional training is investigated in the thesis. The model of professional value orientations of future lawyers has been developed and scientifically substantiated. Based on the results of the thesis the effectiveness of organizational and pedagogical conditions ensuring this process has been identified and experimentally verified. The efficiency of the model and the program of the special course "Formation of professional value orientations of future lawyers" based on axiological, competence and technological approaches has been proved. Methodical recommendations for teachers and curators of higher educational establishments on forming professional value orientations of future lawyers of law institutions of higher learning have been substantiated. Based on the results methodical recommendations on forming professional value orientations of future lawyers in the process of the professional training have been developed.
