Essay

The complex medico-social research proved imperfection of the existing organization of the prevention of development of malignant new growths of a prostate gland, limited opportunities of a requirements satisfaction of male population in the available, safe and timely, cost-efficient preventive, diagnostic help.It is proved ways of improvement of the organization of the prevention of development of malignant neoplasms of a prostate which provided the personified approach to determination of individual risk of development of cancer of this localization that allows in out-patient and polyclinic conditions to the family doctor at interaction with the urologist to form risk groups with the differentiated approach to frequency rate and volumes of carrying out preventive, diagnostic urological inspections.
