Garbuzenko N. Optimization algorithm of differential reference infertile women with hyperplastic processes of the uterus

Dissertation is devoted to the study of uterine peristalsis and intrauterine transport albumin microspheres in patients with adenomyosis with or without uterine fibroids by ultrasound and gisterosalpingostsintigrafii to optimize diagnosis causes of infertility in this pathology and the development of the algorithm of reference of this category of infertile women. The observation 186 infertile women of reproductive age with adenomyosis combined with uterine myoma or without uterine fibroids and 32 healthy women with only couples with male factor infertility. We found that the contractile activity of the uterus and intrauterine hormone transport is the process, depending on the level of estradiol, dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate, prolactin and thyroid stimulating hormone. Ipsilateral (normal) intrauterine transport in infertile women with adenomyosis after 36 years is not detected. Uterine peristalsis is absent in patients with a combination of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis after 38 years. These indicators are the criteria to recommend this group of patients a method of in vitro fertilization. To increase the effectiveness of treatment programs in infertile women with adenomyosis in combination with or without fibroids uterine fibroids during examinations are recommended histerosalpinhostsyntyhrafiyi, and the impossibility of its performance - ultrasonohrafychnyy analysis of uterine peristalsis.
