Theoretical basis for the preparation of future manager of organizations and administration to social interaction in studying humanitarian subject, the essence, structure, criteria and levels of readiness of future managers of organizations and administration to social interaction have been substantiated. Pedagogical conditions, demonstrating positive influence on the level of readiness of future managers of organizations and administration to social interaction have been theoretically grounded, developed and experimentally tested.
