Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the cardiotropic prognostic significance of autoantibodies in the course of coronary heart disease with systolic dysfunction in elderly patients and correcting them of using ?-blocker bisoprolol. Established a significant increase in titer cardiotropic autoantibodies in patients with CHD elderly with systolic dysfunction. With increased levels of antibodies to ?1-AR odds ratio detecting systolic dysfunction in patients with CHD elderly is 6.42. In elderly patients with coronary heart disease with high titer antibodies develop morphological changes of myocardium, reduced quality of life, progressing sympathicotonia. Increased titer autoantibodies increases the risk of systolic dysfunction in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. The use of bisoprolol in patients with coronary artery disease with systolic dysfunction decrease the titer autoantibodies improves myocardial morphofunctional status, quality of life, normalize the regulation of the autonomic nervous system.
