Essay

Object - experimental skeletal and cranioskeletal injury in terms of bilateral ovariectomy; goal - to determine the influence of ovariectomy on the course cranioskeletal injuries and damaged bone remodeling during late manifestations of traumatic disease and the effectiveness of substitution correction of combined hormonal therapy; methods - experimental, biochemical, morphological, mathematical and statistical; results - it was made a comparative analysis of impact of gonads removal accompanied with hipoestrogen osteoporozis formation on the features of bone tissue remodeling and systemic manifestations of skeletal and cranioskeletal injury during period of late manifestations of traumatic disease and studied the efficacy of its correction with combination hormone replacement therapy; it is shown that modeling of studied injuries in animals with bilateral ovariectomy is accompanied by higher decrease in bone mineral density, alkaline phosphatase activity and acid phosphatase increase, which is most pronounced in 2 months after cranioskeletal injury; in these conditions simulated trauma causes more violations of calcium and phosphorus levels in bone. Injury in terms of hypoestrogenia is accompanied by higher systemic disorders, which manifest with intensification of process of lipid peroxidation, decreasing of antioxidant protection, development of processes of cytolysis and endogenous intoxication, severe liver, brain and bones morphological abnormalities, which are more pronounced in combined cranioskeletal injury in 2 months posttraumatic period; administration of combined hormone replacement therapy in animals with ovariectomy within two months after cranioskeletal injury improves bone remodeling, reduces systemic manifestations of traumatic disease and morphological abnormalities in liver, brain and bones.
