Essay

The dissertation is devoted to increasing the effectiveness of early diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders in patients with HBP with the development of a prognostic evaluation of the development of HE in patients with SBC. The polymorphic neurological disturbances in the studied patients from the minimal in the group of BD to HE in the group SBC were revealed. It was shown that changes in the EEG in patients with different types of HBP associated with various causes / sources of these changes: in patients with BD and housing and communal services - with dysfunction of diencephalic and limbic structures; In patients with SBC - with involvement of the stem structure in the pathological process, first of all, the reticular formation. In patients with SBC, statistically significant (p <0.05) changes in cerebral hemodynamics were observed in the form of an increase in the resistance index, a pulsation index, and a decrease in the speed indices as the degree of expression of the HE increased. A certain role of biochemical markers (bilirubin, albumin, ammonia) in the development of HE. A system of early prognosis for the development of HE in patients with HBP is proposed, which allows to begin complex therapy of this pathology in the preclinical stage, thereby preventing the development of detailed symptoms and complications. The scheme of treatment of patients with SBC with the inclusion of L-ornithine-L-aspartate in the pre- and postoperative periods is extended.
