Determined that the competence-based approach is the principle of organization of the educational process, the aim of which is to acquire general and professional competencies to ensure the future availability of graduate employability. The thesis based on the developed scientific base defined the concept of "legal competence of the future bachelors in commodity science and commercial entrepreneurship" as a system of mutually components, which is based on subjective and objective individual global theoretical and practical achievements (knowledge, experience, principles, installation) in the field of legal reality, and reproduced in the sense of justice, legal culture, creation, enforcement, thereby determining the level of individual reflection in legal reality. The technology of forming the legal competence of future bachelors in commodity science and commercial entrepreneurship has structural elements, can be mentally combined into the following blocks: target, theoretical-conceptual, informative, technological, effective and diagnostic block.
