Voronina G. Development of non-formal trainer's professional competence in the system of postgraduate education

The dissertation reveals the problem of non-formal trainer's professional competence development in postgraduate education. On the base of scientific literature devoted to the problem analysis conception aspects and definition and category gear of non-formal trainer's were analyses and determined, the modern condition of non-formal trainer's in the system of postgraduate education was singled out, the content of definition "non-formal trainer's professional competence". The model of non-formal trainer's professional competence development in the system of postgraduate education as a system which is directed to increasing the quality of in-serve training in the basis of professional needs and experimentally tested. Evolution of experimental research results was provided on the base of worked basis factor and criteria (qualimetrical) model of principal of non-formal trainer's and method of correlative analysis.
