Essay

Thesis deals with the problem of defining the educational terms and conditions of business games in the process of training marketing communications managers at the university. It has found out the meaning of term "professional competence of marketing communications manager", the condition of studying the training future marketing and communications managers and a potential of the structure and business games. This thesis shows theoretical generalization and justifies a new approach to the problem of teaching students by means of business games, scientifically grounds and develops the model of training marketing communications managers at universities by means of business game, tested its effectiveness on certain criteria. The model helps to unite and organize the results of theoretical part of the research results with the results of pilot phase.
