The main theories of international technology transfer and economic growth were analyzed. The theoretical approaches of international technology transfer, its forms and groups were analyzed. The content essence of the phenomenon of technology transfer and its impact in the context of globalization were determined. The concepts of innovation and international technology transfer were improved. The current trends of international technology transfer and its influence on economic growth were defined. The influence of international technology transfer on economic growth was proved. Practical recommendations for Ukraine in the field of regulation of international technology transfer were suggested. It was investigated that the international technology transfer is a factor of economic growth.
