Essay

In the thesis the theoretical generalization and the solution of urgent scientific task of forming the communicative competence of academics are proposed. The current state of theory and practice, reveals a scientific nature, defines the content and structure of the communicative competence of master’s degree in «Pedagogy of higher school». By means of expert evaluation the dominant factors that influence the development of the communicative abilities of undergraduates of the specialty "Pedagogy of higher education" are determined. A structural model for the formation of communicative competence of future teachers is developed, which ideally reflects the content-procedural aspects of the development of this complex phenomenon by the interaction of the main blocks (methodologically-targeted, content-technological, corrective-productive). The criteria, indicators, and levels of the communicative competence of future teachers have been specified. The effectiveness of the methodology of communicative competence of masters was experimentally verified, developed and implemented in the educational process appropriate guidelines.
