Essay

Thesis is devoted highly imperfect existing system of oncological patients care at the regional level. Its inappropriateness to international and national strategy for public health in the face of very limited resources. Research is dedicated to medical and social studies, development and implementation of principles of design and organization of the positron emission / computed tomography center, based on the study of health and social determinants of modern quality assurance models, principles of management, national experience and the results of the own research that after implementation provided improvement of the accessibility of radionuclide diagnostic methods as part of highly specialized medicine for oncological patients.
