Dissertation research is sanctified to the analysis of modern problems of transformation of musical culture in spacious self-affirmations of artist, origin of protest motions, recusant ideology as the ethic, aesthetic and artistic phenomenon. Anthropological and cultural and historical constituent of nonconformism in music of Ukraine ХХ centuries are presented as  the personal act of artist in the conditions of post-totalitarian and post-modernism culture. Philosophical discourse in music is analysed as an original sphere of anthropological, cultural and historical reflection of artist, as principle of forming of musical thinking of composer. The musical thinking is certain as determining  of composer’s work. Nonconformism as got the factor of stylish dynamics to interpretation in the context of forming of myth poetic of musical art of ХХ of century. Artistic nonconformism of 1960-1980 years in Ukrainian music is reconstructed as the sociocultural phenomenon of forming of protest motions in post-totalitarian society. Discovred transformation of nonconformism in post-nonconformism as mechanism of artistic communication in the musical culture of Ukraine of the end of ХХ - beginning of ХХІ century.
