Essay

In this thesis implements a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem about regarding the nature of the coping behavior of the individual. The thesis noted that the activities of surgeons accompanied by stressful working conditions and are demonstrative in the study of personal factors of human behavior regulation in such a condition.The thesis describes theoretical and methodological foundations for the development of a training program, aimed at of formation of coping-strategies through the development of personal factors of surgeons.
