Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of the functioning of isolated regulated intersections by reducing the length of transport delays, taking into account the composition and technical condition of vehicles and road surfaces. In the work for the first time an algorithm for calculating saturation flows was developed which takes into account the characteristics of road surface coverage in the intersection zone, as well as an algorithm for determining the coefficients of reduction to a passenger car, taking into account the technical condition of vehicles.
