Popov O. Special physical preparation of young footballers depending on the playing positions at the stage of specialized basic preparation

The object of the research: the special physical preparation of young footballers aged 16-17 during preparatory stage in an annual macrocycle. The purpose of the research: perfection of the special physical preparation of young footballers aged 16-17 of different playing positions during preparatory stage. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of data of scientifically-methodical literature and practice experience; pedagogical methods of research: pedagogical supervision, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment; medico-biological methods of research; methods of mathematical statistics. Scientific novelty: for the first time: program of the special physical preparation for young footballers aged 16-17 different playing positions during preparatory stage it is worked out and scientifically the reasonably differentiated; methodical approaches are certain in planning of the special physical preparation of young footballers of different playing positions in accordance with a specific them technical and tactical activity, that are based on principles of selective and complex influence, individual features of players; the structure of the special physical and technical and tactical preparedness of young footballers of different positions is certain; certainly, that the special physical and technical and tactical preparedness of young footballers aged 16-17 must be oriented on sedate and successive preparation in accordance with the criteria of commands of the second and first soccer lay down; cross-correlation dependences are set between morfo-functional indexes, indexes of level of development of motive internals and technical and tactical actions in the conditions of contention activity of young footballers. Results of the research are introduced in the educational-training process of SCYSSOR on football "Zmina" Kyiv and FC "Arsenal" Kyiv, in lecture material for the students ofdepartment of football of NUFESU and for the trainers of license of "В" and "А" of diploma of UEFA in the center oflicensing of FFU.
