Essay

In the thesis, using the tools of technical aesthetics, a complex conceptual model of visual recursive systems (VRS) for art design is created. Based on studying of the compositional bases in the processes of modeling the VRS, the main characteristics of the composition aimed at harmonizing the VRS are determined. Based on the results of the analysis of the current state of VRS application and based on the statistical analysis, the tendencies of their application in technical aesthetics are indicated. The basic features of VRS perception in design objects are considered. In the course of the research it was established that parametrization can be considered a priority method for creating a comprehensive conceptual model of VRS in technical aesthetics. Consequently, based on the system studies, four classes of parameters characteristic for VRS are identified and the connections between them are established. Based on the application of creative methods of combinatorial shaping in relation to the parameters of VRS, the regularities in the formation of design variations of VRS for art design are determined. Based on the results of the pilot studies of the VRS simulation, their quantitative indicators are defined in the context of modern design processes. Based on the integration of certain classes of VRS parameters, a complex conceptual model of VRS for technical aesthetics is first developed. A structural and logical scheme for modeling the VRS as a creative method in modern compositional shaping processes and an algorithm for the conceptual design of VRS is developed. Prospects and directions for the implementation of the main scientific provisions of the VRS study in technical aesthetics and art design are determined. Recommendations are given regarding the possible application of a comprehensive conceptual model of VRS for solving problems in modern design processes. The results of the research are embedded in design practice and in the educational process.
