Sitovska L. Training the future lawyers to the professional activity in the penitentiary system of Ukraine

The preparation of the future lawyers for the professional activities in the penitentiary system of Ukraine was studied. In the dissertation, for the first time, the pedagogical conditions for the preparation of the future lawyers for the professional activities in the penitentiary system of Ukraine were identified, theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested. These included: the integration of educational disciplines in training of the future lawyers for the professional activities in the penitentiary system of Ukraine; The use of active teaching methods in the subject- subject- interaction of the teachers and the future lawyers; Ensuring that the future lawyers master the experience of the professional dignity during an internship at the law clinic. A model for training future lawyers for professional activities in the penitentiary system of Ukraine has been developed and scientifically justified. This model includes interrelated structural blocks (target, theoretical, methodological, substantive, procedural and effective). The content of the terms "training the future lawyers for professional activities in the penitentiary system of Ukraine" and "readiness of the future lawyers for professional activities in the penitentiary system of Ukraine" has been clarified. The content, forms and methods of training future lawyers for the professional activities in the penitentiary system of Ukraine are improved.
