The state of study on creating a culture of professional speech of the future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature in the study of professional disciplines in domestic and foreign literatures were analyzed in the work. Concepts and categories of the particular nature of basic concepts, the peculiarities of creating a culture of professional speech of the future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature in the course of professional training in pedagogical high school by means of Ukrainian phraseology were clarified. The author developed a model of professional speech culture of future teachers of philology by means of Ukrainian phraseology. The analysis of the basic principles and approaches to the humanities in general determined pedagogical conditions of professional speech culture of the future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature was performed. Given the research objectives criteria and indicators of formation of professional speech culture of future teachers and linguists were defined and with these criteria levels of professional speech of future professionals were singled out: high, sufficient, solid and low. The features of forming professional speech culture of the future teachers-philologists by means of Ukrainian phraseology were defined in particular, the author has come to the opinion that the orientation of the educational process in the classroom for language courses should be aimed at a comprehensive study of the language picture of the world as part of humanistic education. As a result of the formative stage of the experiment it was confirmed that the characteristics of the formation of professional speech culture of the future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature are determined, above all, by a special vocabulary (terms, professionalisms) and specific professional communication, which is the basis of communication etiquette. The system of exercises with the use of phraseology was developed that helped enrich the thesaurus of students and the development of skills and their regulatory use. Effective pedagogical conditions were theoretically grounded and experimentally determined and model of professional speech culture of the future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature in the course of professional training in higher educational institutions was developed.
