Holoveshko B. Pedagogical conditions of leadership qualities formation of future Specialists in Administrative Management at the Higher Educational Establishments

The pedagogical conditions of leadership qualities formation of future Specialists in Administrative Management at the Higher Educational Establishments were theoretically proved, developed and experimentally checked at the Thesis Research. The criterions and data of leadership qualities formation of Specialists in Administrative Management; the essence of the concept "the future Specialists in Administrative Management" were improved. The characteristics of the structural components of leadership qualities of future Specialists in Administrative Management also got the further development. The results of the pedagogical experiment confirm the practicability of inoculation of the developed pedagogical conditions of leadership qualities formation in the process of the professional training of future Specialists in Administrative Management at the Higher Educational Establishments.
