Theoretical and practical grounds for the use of cultural heritage immovable objects as a tourist and excursion resource are conducted in this thesis. On this basis, current state, problems and prospects of implementation of cultural heritage immovable objects of Cherkasy region in the tourist industry are systematized, generalized and scientifically conceptualized. Terminological analysis of the subject area of cultural heritage immovable objects as a tourist resource is carried out. Printed sources of information about cultural heritage immovable objects of Cherkasy region and scientific publications addressed to their realization in tourism activities are analyzed. Neglected immovable objects of cultural heritage of Cherkasy region as tourist and excursion sites, and the problems of implementation of historical and cultural natural areas of the region into tourism activity are studied.
