Netskar I. Optimization of tactics of maintaining women with the cicatrix on uterus with use of the family focused technologies and partner labors.

Scientific work is devoted to rising of frequency of delivery of per vias naturales and depression of frequency of perinatal pathology at women with the cicatrix on a uterus on the basis of improvement and introduction of technique of individual preparation of a married couple during pregnancy and at delivery. The role of disturbances of the psychological status in development of complications of pregnancy in women with the cicatrix on uterus after cesarean section is scientifically proved. Features of obstetric and perinatal complications at women with the cicatrix on uterus after cesarean section taking into account indications to the first operation and tactics of conducting pregnancy are studied. The role of the partner in depression of frequency of complications is shown during pregnancy and at delivery of women with the cicatrix on uterus after cesarean section. The interrelation between clinical features of course of pregnancy and labors, condition of the psychological status and condition of the cicatrix on uterus is established at delivery of women without and with participation of the partner. It allowed to dilate available data about mechanisms of development of perinatal pathology, and also scientifically to prove need of use of individual preparation of married couple at stage of female consultation and an obstetric hospital for the purpose of rising of frequency of delivery of per vias naturales and depression of level of perinatal pathology at women with the cicatrix on uterus after cesarean section. The main criteria of possibility of delivery of per vias naturales of women with the cicatrix on uterus after cesarean section are established. The algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic actions for rising of frequency of an independent delivery and level depression perinatal pathologies on the basis of individual preparation of married couple is improved and introduced during pregnancy and carrying out partner labors.
