The object of research: the future electrical technicians professional process of training in the polytechnic colleges. The aim of research: the scientific substantiation of the organizational and pedagogical complex conditions that ensure the effectiveness of basic competence forming of the future electrical technicians in the polytechnic colleges. The subject of research: the organizational and pedagogical conditions of forming of basic competences of the future electrical technicians professional process of training in the polytechnic colleges. The methods of research: analysis, generalization and systematization, pedagogical experiment, statistical methods. The results of research and novelty: it was developed and tested set of organizational and pedagogical conditions of basic competence formation of the future technicians-electricians, such as: the modernization of the content of future technicians-electricians training based on interdisciplinary integration; activation of creativity and development of critical thinking of future professionals; development of cognitive activity of the future professionals of creation and implementation of an resources electronic information-educational environment as a mean. The sphere of usage: the results of the research are implemented in the educational process of training of future technicians-electricians.
