Kushnir V. Pharmaco-toxicological characteristic of immunostimulatory drugs containing peptidoglycans

The dissertation is devoted to the study of pharmaco-toxicological characteristics of immunostimulatory drug containing peptidoglycans. For the first time was conducted the pharmaco-toxicological characteristics of bioactive drug «Biovir-P», which is made from peptidoglycans of different strains of lactic acid bacteria. Studied the qualitative and quantitative composition of amino acids, organic acids, B vitamins and established the stability of the drug. It was experimentally established the effective dose and the influence Biovir-P on hematological, biochemical indices and immunological parameters of laboratory animals. Proven the ability of Biovir-P increase the factors of non specific body resistance and increase the effectiveness of vaccination against viral diseases of poultry. Scientifically proved and experimentally confirmed the expediency of Вiovir-P in growing broilers. Also was proved the immune stimulating effectiveness of Biovir-P in conditions of spontaneous aurofusarin toxicity of laying-hens. In particular, by studying the dynamics of immunological, hematological parameters was set the relationship of positive change in process of the recovery of laying hens. Based on the research developed guidelines «Use of the drug «Biovir-P» in poultry and developed specifications of Ukraine on the veterinary drug «Biovir-P».
