There is scientifically new solution of scientific and practical tasks in dissertation - improve the effectiveness of treatment of newborns and infants with acute surgical pathology in the pre- and postoperative periods through improved perioperative intensive care. On the basis of clinical trials have been developed performance criteria perioperative intensive care in newborns and infants with congenital malformations of the digestive tract. The algorithm of preoperative and postoperative intensive care, which is based on integrated performance assessment of the severity of patients - central hemodynamics, oxygen transport, oxygen consumption, the dynamics of middle molecules in the blood, the degree of pulmonary hydration which helps to prevent iatrogenic complications of infusion therapy, significantly reducing the likelihood of complications during the operation; as well as the algorithm of postoperative intensive care, in which the choice of postoperative analgesia is based on a study of the levels of certain stress markers in the study of central hemodynamics in the postoperative period in newborns and infants, and the appointment and change of antibacterial drugs carried out by the results of bacteriological monitoring, improves treatment outcomes.
