Yushko I. Development of Organizational Models of Transnational Financial Business

The thesis is devoted to comprehensive research of development problems of organizational models of transnational financial business in a global volatile environment. It identifies the financial factor of economic systems evolution, generalizes the theoretical framework of financial globalization, analyzes the subjective disposition of the global financial market and mechanism of financial flows global regulation. The analytical assessment of transnationalization in the financial sector of the global economy, the scales and organizational dynamics of financial TNCs was made. It specifies influence factors on formation of the transnational banks competitive organizational models, primarily assets and operations consolidation processes through the strategies of international mergers and acquisitions and strategic alliances. Taking into account the global informatization trends, the organizational design of transnational banks was developed. The paper proposes intellectual technologies of organizational design, substantiates organizational environmental concepts in corporate management.
