Pukhalenko V. Legal regulation of judicial cooperation in civil matters in the European Union.

Thesis is devoted to the research of judicial cooperation in civil and commercial matters in the European Union. Both internal and external directions of the development of this area of cooperation by the EU were analyzed. Special attention in this research is paid to the coverage of the activities of the European Judicial Network in civil and commercial matters and the European Judicial Network. The need to strengthen cooperation between the EU and third countries at bilateral level was identified. In this context, it presents options for dialogue between Ukraine and the EU concerning the regulation of mutual legal assistance in civil and commercial matters. Also, the practice of international legal assistance involving Ukrainian courts was researched and proposals for Ukraine to use positive experiences produced by the European Union in this sphere were offered.
