Object of research: technological processing parts such as levers. Purpose: To improving processing parts such as levers in terms of serial production by systematizing processing facilities for design and technological features and the development and implementation of flexible fixtures for a multi CNC Machining. Methods: the theoretical foundations of mechanical engineering technology, construction structure processes, design principles of fixtures, analytical methods and precise capabilities of fixtures theory accuracy and theory-based components, stressed-deformed state, modal and harmonic analyzes using the finite element method, experimental studies in laboratory and production conditions. Theoretical and practical results: the approach to designing processes for processing a multi parts such as levers, it is appropriate to apply to contractors and repair shops automotive industry with the nature of serial production. Novelty: first on the analysis of the range of parts such as levers and their processing methods and trends in the intensification of processes suggested promising approach a multi processing, together with the developed fixture has reduced the complexity of manufacture and the number of pieces of equipment, and provide the necessary accuracy, contributing to efficiency machining. Results: The research results with recommendations developed effective application of the proposed machining unit put into production products wheel loaders on PJSC "Romny plant "Traktorozapchastyna", as well as in the educational process at the department of mechanical engineering, machines and tools of Sumy State University. Scope of application: machine building and aircraft building industry.
