Voychak M. Global Imperative of the Development of High-Technology Industrial Exports

The theoretical framework of the establishment of technoglobalism paradigm is substantiated in the thesis, the evolution of technological modes and the peculiarities of industrial development are discovered. The standards of the highly-technological production and the factors of its development are revealed. The methodical approaches to the assessment of high-technology exports development are defined. Having summarized the theory and practice of high-technology industrial exports in the world economy during the last decades and having analyzed the scale and structural dynamics of leading countries' high-technology products supply in the world markets, the models of management of this type of international business are suggested. The procedural practices of the state regulation of production and exports of industrial products in the developed countries are systematized. The key directions and priorities of intensification of production and exports of highly technological products by the Ukrainian enterprises are defined and the corporate potential of exports of products with high level of knowledge intensity and added value is analyzed. The mechanisms of the state support of high-tech production and exports in Ukraine are systematized.
