Panchuk L. Analysis of transnational corporations in order to prevent bankruptcy

The thesis substantiates theoretical aspects and practical recommendations for improving the scientific and methodological principles of financial analysis of the activities of transnational corporations in order to prevent their bankruptcy in modern global unstable conditions. Generalized methodological approaches to the definition of TNCs, namely those that correspond to the current stage of economic globalization. The organizational and economic features of the institution of bankruptcy, the methodology and tools for analyzing the activities of TNCs in the conditions of diversification of their activities and economic instability are determined. The methods of identification of the financial inability of transnational corporations, as well as the possibility of applying the existing models of analysis of financial and economic activities to prevent bankruptcy, are analyzed. Recommendations have been developed to improve the conduct of a comprehensive analysis of the activities of transnational corporations in order to prevent bankruptcy, taking into account the specifics of their financial and economic structure.
