Complex monitoring of communication technologies of Ukrainian cuisine telepresentation was carried out in this work. The nature, structure and functions of communication technologies were revealed, principles and structures of the model of communication technologies on television were established.The differentiation of social communication technologies of gastronomic content structuring projects was compiled for the first time, that demonstrated the specificity of the organizing subject, continuous development of format and genre formation on television, diffusion and interrelation processes between genres. Practical study on the effect of cooking shows on modern Ukrainians was conducted by means of questionnaire method. The thesis was confirmed that the diversity and comprehensiveness of studied aspects of features of appropriate use of communication technologies in telepresentations of Ukrainian cuisine in addition to scientific knowledge has a fully applied function, i.e. to maintain the attention of viewers on the domestic TV-product, particularly in the gastronomic theme.It was established the willingness of Ukrainian viewership to accept different formats of culinary shows and its high quality requirements concerning gastronomic TV content, that makes cooking show producers constantly improve communication technologies of Ukrainian cuisine telepresentation.
