Dragiieva L. Pedagogical Conditions of Forming Creative Potential of Future Teacher of Technologies in the Process of Master Degree Training

The content of diagnostic methods of the creative potential of future teachers of technologies that contributed the improving their creative activity, creative direction and independence in realization the tasks of creative and research activities in the academic and extracurricular work has been developed and justified. Criteria, components and levels of creative potential are determined. Pedagogical conditions of formation of the creative potential of specialists of Technological Education in the system of higher education are identified. The effectiveness of the methodological system of formation the creative potential of masters of Technological education is proved and tested. Along with this, it is established that the inner motivation of teachers of the selected specialty is formed at a high level.
